Château Mukhrani Qvevri 2016 is a distinguished Georgian wine crafted using the ancient qvevri method, where grapes ferment and mature in large clay vessels buried underground. This technique imparts unique depth, structure, and authenticity. The wine displays a rich amber to deep golden hue (often called “amber wine”), with aromas of dried apricot, honey, nuts, and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is complex and textured, with firm tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, earthy finish. As a true expression of Georgia’s 8,000-year-old winemaking heritage, it pairs excellently with roasted meats, aged cheeses, and hearty traditional dishes.
