The Playa Vallarta Mango 75CL is a bottle that you take when you want a margarita but don't feel like making it yourself; it's already mixed and is made up of agave wine and mango, so the only thing you need is some ice. In fact, that's part of what makes it so attractive.
Taste and Character
The first mouthful tastes of mango, specifically ripe mango, not the kind that's like candy. There's a slight note of sour lime there which prevents it from being excessively sweet, and the agave provides that usual margarita flavour. It isn't strong or sharp. Most people find it very easy to drink, perhaps a bit too easy when it's a hot night.
We prefer the cocktail with a rim made of chilli salt. It may sound strange, but the spice goes very well with the mango. If you have a blender, then give it a try when it's frozen.
Why Choose the 75CL Bottle
It's of a reasonable size; it'll hold a few glasses and is therefore suitable for a quiet evening with friends or a small barbecue. Also, as it comes ready prepared, there's no need for anyone to stand in the kitchen measuring the ingredients.
