Port of Leith Distillery Oloroso Sherry is a rich, complex fortified wine produced in Spain by Bodegas Barón, one of the oldest sherry houses in Andalusia. Deep amber in color, it delivers intense aromas of toasted nuts, dried figs, raisins, and warm spices, with subtle hints of oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and dry, with layers of roasted almonds, toffee, and dark fruit, balanced by a lingering savory finish. Traditionally aged using the solera system, this Oloroso is ideal for sipping on its own or pairing with cured meats, aged cheeses, stews, and dark chocolate desserts.
